Since 1948 this prestigious Institution has been serving generation after generation of students with all its knowledge and cordiality.
The school is running from standard V to standard XII with Vocational Course. The school has got its 1st recognition from WBBSE in the Year 1948 with Index No. D2-045. Later on the school has been upgraded to HS section under WBCHSE in the year 1978 with code No.12028 . The school has changed its status from “Government Aided School” to Government Sponsored School” in the year 2013.
Vocational course( Class 8+ Level and Class 10+ Level) has been affiliated by WBDVET in the year 2006 with code No. 6253
The school is situated in the heart of Gayeshpur Municipality covering an area of 5 acre of land.
The school imparts knowledge among its students through Bengali Medium with special emphasis on English Language.

Faculties
Shri Gour Bhowal joined this Institution as a Headmaster on 25-07-2019.
Earlier he had served Joyghata MGV Vidyapith from 2003 to 2010 both as an Assistant Teacher & Teacher-in-Charge. Later on he joined Baksha High School in 2010 and served the institution in the post of Teacher-in-Charge quite efficiently.
My motto is to glorify the name of Gayeshpur Netaji Vidyamandir(HS) with the assistance and co-operation of all the staff of the school including students, guardians, and persons who are interested in overall progress of the school.
